"Keep the aisle clear!" The bailiffs are yelling, so we must be close to the arrival of the families.

If I were on the jury, I'd have to vote for life, given the lack of evidence. I hate Scott, but could not vote for death. It is inconceivable to me that anyone who was not guilty would have done what he did afterward.

Amazingly fast Mods. You should have seen the trolls LONG post on another thread. Pretending to be a Christian.

It is inconceivable to me that anyone who was not guilty would have done what he did afterward.I didn't say he was not guilty. As I explained to someone else who asked the same question, a jury member who was 85% sure Scott was guilty, beyond reasonable doubt, might vote guilty but then balk at the death penalty because of her 15% unreasonable doubt. We'll see soon.

Anti-death penalty protester Harvey Blight ... I bet this idiot voted for Kerry, too. He must have read that one verse and closed the Bible.

I don't think so. I think it will just be a live feed of audio only.

Gloria Allred and John Edwards are going to open a law firm together--when they're not chasing ambulances they'll be trading beauty secrets. (shudder)

In your picture at post #151 Scott is wearing a bilious green tie, exactly the same color as the stuff in the shot used to euthanize my terribly sick dog. You think he's broadcasting his choice of death penalty methods?
(Yes, I stayed with my furry friend during her last minutes on earth and held her paw. But I wouldn't stay with Scott, no siree. He can go quietly into that dark night on his own.)

Ha! I missed "least". His whole sign is sloppy and amateurish. A 3rd grader could do better.

Uhh.. hello.... A guilty verdict has already been handed down there. The court is in the process of determining the death penalty or life in prison.
