To: Veto!
If I were on the jury, I'd have to vote for life, given the lack of evidence. I hate Scott, but could not vote for death.

It is inconceivable to me that anyone who was not guilty would have done what he did afterward.

I didn't say he was not guilty. As I explained to someone else who asked the same question, a jury member who was 85% sure Scott was guilty, beyond reasonable doubt, might vote guilty but then balk at the death penalty because of her 15% unreasonable doubt. We'll see soon.
