Yesterday a few freepers thought ANYONE willing to entertain our troops in Iraq was a good thing despite their politics. I wonder if any of these same freepers have listened to Franken's show on Air America. If you caught him last night on Scarborough Country, imagine that attitude towards our President, Secretary of Defense, & even Tommy Franks on the air for several hours per day (much less Armed Forces radio which he is insistant he should be allowed on), because THAT is what his Air America show is all about every single day!

He disguised himself by playing the role of Saddam Hussein in every act last year. Most troops didn't even know it was him on stage or else he would have been boo'ed.
Our troops have it tough enough over there, as it is.
Send him to entertain al Zarqawi's troops in Fal-lose-ya-head.....

You will know why Franken is going, when he comes back and you listen to the trouble-making vitriol that he starts spraying all over the place. Bad this, bad that, the government is lying, yada yada yada......he is no different than Kerry or Fonda...same treasonous ilk.

I have to respect him for going. But..... his 'performance' and demeanor on Scarborough last night was juvenile, to put it kindly. And who is this man really that he is accepted as a pundit or spokesman? Along with Ron Reagan Jr he exemplifies the bankruptcy of the left.
It's not Al Franken's politics that will insult the soldiers, it's the fact that he is NOT FUNNY!!
