His spokesmean said Clark suffered a mild stroke last week. He is recovering in the hospital and is hoping to be well enough in three weeks for his News Year's party. He has hosted it for the past 32 years.I hope he recovers soon. :-)

Hope he recovers. He was nice enough to carve some time out of his day a few years ago so that I could interview him about one of his rare acting appearances on TV. I got a kick out of the pudgy Dalmatian wandering through the offices wearing a pearl necklace/collar.
