Rally against terror in Berkeley

There will be a rally against terrorism Sunday, January noon til 3:00 16th in Berkeley, CA at Martin Luther King Memorial Park (Allston & MLK). The rally will mark the anniversary of the suicide bombing of Jerusalem bus #19. The actual bus remains will be there on display.

The 70 year old lady who has paid out of pocket to get this put together is a Holocaust survivor and has gone through hell to get this event past the a$$holes at city hall.

I will be there with my family. It would be nice for Freepers show up in force for this one, it's right in the belly of the beast.

In fact, wouldn't surprise me if the rally was countered by leftists and islamicfacsists, screaming about Israel, Rachel Corrie, and the Palestinians who just have no choice but to strap on bombs and blow people to bits.

But God bless that feisty 70 year old woman who pushed to get this through the beaurorats at City Hall! I will be with you in spirit.

Well!! How closed minded of her (the Holocaust survivor), bringing fear and hatred to the peaceful streets of Berkeley. Doesn't she know that the Jews were behind the Holocaust. You see, it was a conspiracy hatched by Jewish leaders (now called Neocons) - if they killed several million of their own people, they could then blame the Nazis, and make National Socialism look bad. Doesn't she understand what really happened.

As to the bus bombings in Israel - Let's be real. The people blowing up the buses are also Jews. After the bus is blown up, the Israeli government picks up the nearest Palestinian and tosses him into the middle of the carnage with a bomb strapped on him. That way it looks like a Palestinian did it and Israel can look like victims and keep getting US money to build their wall - very clever.

And to think the guy who masterminded the bus-bombings won a Nobel Peace Prize and visited the White House (under Clinton) more than any other 'leader'.

I'm in the wrong part of the country, but I certaily wish her the best. It takes a lot courage to organize a rally in Berkeley where you're actually NOT acting treasonous.
