The hearing is just about the start. John Howard's case will be heard by the 4th Circuit to determine if there should be a new election, if Donna Frye's write-in candidacy was invalid and other related issues.

When I see stuff like this, it just reinforces the good sense I had in selling my house in Mira Mesa. The city council is crooked as a dog's hind leg. I bristled daily at the thought of paying property taxes that were doled out to support piss poor professional sports teams and gay pride parades.
I hope Roger Hedgecock enjoys skewering these corrupt incompetents daily. Nothing like shining a little light on the cockroaches with 50,000 watts of AM radio coverage.
