The "5 fingered wave" has now gone international. For all of you Free Dominioners, and other principled conservatives, who stood in the cold for over three hours to welcome American President Bush to Canada, here is your reward.
Personally...I feel overpaid.

What if you have no roller on a mouse? For that matter, I also have no mouse!
In that case, go buy some cheese and leave it sit beside your keyboard. If you're lucky, you'll have a mouse in the morning.

OK, call me stupid, but what is a five-fingered wave? Four more than a 'one finger salute'.

So wonderful to read about the supporters in Canada today. I saw the joint news conference live on CBC which we are able to get here in Upper Michigan. On to Halifax tomorrow then.

As opposed to what a one finger wave? AKA (by the crew of the USS Pueblo when in N. Korean captivity) as the "Hawaiian Good Luck Sign".
Of course Time, explained to everyone, including the N. Koreans, what it really was, resulting in severe beatings for the crewmen.

The five finger wave is also know as the American Eagle and is five times more powerful than the Candian Bird.

One of the most interesting things about the President's visit and welcome, and his acknowledgment of the "5 fingered wave" is that the Canadian MSM must now admit that Free Dominion exists and that the website is a player.
The game is about to change for us. We look forward to making the new rules. < grin icon>

Bush said he was pleased with the welcome he received Tuesday morning. "I want to thank the Canadian people who came out to wave -- with all five fingers "

Lets just say that you probably wouldn't like someone giving you that special one finger wave.

Heck, yeah! Free Dominionites are the Five-Fingered Wave of the Pajamahadin

Hey, Free Dominioners,
If some of our leftist trash come up there (sorry) here's an idea.
Tell them they're still in America, and that Canada's northern border is actually its southern border.
Maybe they'll just keep on going.

BTW Entropy, love the site, but it has such itty-bitty little type! :( (She says...< <...squinting )There's another trick to try ( I had the same problem reading FD for years- one reason I was not seen there much- couldn't read it easily! )--
In your "profile" section, poke around the tabs until you find the "board style" setting and switch it to "FDsimple" and it will look a lot more like this board.
Makes all the difference in the world!

Try this one out - Hold down your CTRL key while you roll that little roller in the middle of your mouse. Roll one direction, you get smaller type, the other way larger type.Neat! I didn't know that, but it does work. Thanks!

I really wanted to be there too, but I couldn't make it in time.
Thanks for posting this picture, ES! It's fantastic.
By the way, everyone was laughing about the "five-fingered wave" last night.
