Last I check, NONE of the Supreme Courts of the several States have any power to 'throw the results out' or declare a 'new winner'. Only the State Legislature may perform these actions, only if they follow the procedures outlined by the laws passed by said Legislature at least six days before the Federal general election in November.

I just got this in an email. I talked to Juliet Stewart from Ohio Recount and she told me Palast will be speaking and Jesse Jackson will be there although he will not be speaking. A thousand people are going to be bussed in from all over Pennsylvania. We need people to look into whether other states are doing this also.
