if Kerry conceded why does it matter? that pretty much sums all of this up...even if by some miracle Kerry could take 3/4 of the provisional vote he still can't win...so who cares?
i have to say that this was my first election and it was cool to see it come to the wire in my state (okay w lost my county) but it definitely made me fell like my vote counted!

"Attorney Cliff Arnebeck, who has represented political activist groups, said he would ask the Ohio Supreme Court, probably on Wednesday, to take a look at the election results. If the court decides to hear the case, it can declare a new winner or throw the results out."

How can someone reach this utter stage of delusion and denial?!

I am glad that the liberals our opponents because they are too stupid to ever win again.

Last occasion for Jesse Jackson to protest here in Ohio:

He led protests against United Dairy Farmers due to alleged discriminatory practices in the termination of black management employees. Their star witness was caught on tape admitting that she had lied when she supplied an affidavit supporting the charges.

Jesse slinked out of town.

Talk about sore losers....these people just can't accept reality!

It appears Jackson et al are determined to keep questioning the legitimacy of President Bush ad nauseum!

What a bunch of cry babies!

Note to Jesse: Why don't you get a real job? Kerry lost! I know it is very difficult for you and Dems to accept and understand reality, but you are just going to have to try. There were not voting irregularities in Ohio. So just buck up and get a real job - if someone will hire you. Oh - and have a great day!

Last I check, NONE of the Supreme Courts of the several States have any power to 'throw the results out' or declare a 'new winner'. Only the State Legislature may perform these actions, only if they follow the procedures outlined by the laws passed by said Legislature at least six days before the Federal general election in November.

Because of the Democrat effort to make an issue out of the close vote of this state... Which, by the way was not as close as Minnesota and Wisconsin, the good voters of Ohio will do in the next election what the Florida voters did in this one. MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THEY VOTED REPUBLICAN! The Dems need to stop this sh*t, it does nothing but hurt them.

"This is about the integrity of the vote. This is not about the Kerry campaign," said Jackson, who supported the Democrat for president."

Dear Jesse,
You sir HAVE NO integrity to speak of. Why are you pretending that you do? Please knock this act of yours off, it is sooo old, so over with, so last century.

Forgive me Ohio. But isnt this the place where the RATS were paying people off in crack, and registering people like Mary Poppins and Donald Duck.? Come on Jesse! If you want to find fraud, abuse and corruption look at your own party or better yet at your own tax returns and the mirror!

Important:

Dec. 4, 1-4:00 at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus, Ohio.

CASE is organizing a rally: "Investigate All 88" "Revote Ohio or Death of Democracy - Choose one."

We hope to have out-of town as well as local activists.

Wear all black to mourn the Death of Democracy.

Follow www.caseohio.org for further details.

I just got this in an email. I talked to Juliet Stewart from Ohio Recount and she told me Palast will be speaking and Jesse Jackson will be there although he will not be speaking. A thousand people are going to be bussed in from all over Pennsylvania. We need people to look into whether other states are doing this also. Our brothers and sisters in the Ukraine have shown us the way- please don't waste our momentum by sitting in your house on Saturday. We cannot sit by and watch our democracy die!!!!

"..."We can live with winning and losing. We cannot live with fraud and stealing," Jackson said...."

We've been forced to live with this fraudulant, race-baiting thief for far too long. Open an IRS audit into his rainbow/push organizations. Let's see how and where the money trail leads.

So, Jesse "strong-armstrongroom", "wife-cheatingweftingofficiatingwaftingvitiatingovershooting", lying Jackson, thinks he should be the arbiter of a national election?
Isn't that what he is saying when he says the Ohio vote is not yet decided?
Isn't he making a statement that only the Secretary of State can legally make?
Just who is this chump who should be investigated by the FBI and the IRS?
He is no more a reverend than Colonel Tom Parker was a Colonel! (Remember Elvis?)

Wednesday, to take a look at the election results. If the court decides to hear the case, it can declare a new winner or throw the results out.

Such an action would amount to a call for civil war. Not gonna let any judges steal this election.
