Terry Nichols Confessed
The Daily Oklahoman ^ | November 28, 2004 | Nolan Clay

Posted on 11/28/2004 8:00:07 AM PST by marway

Terry Nichols confessed during secret plea negotiations last year that he had a major role in the deadly 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. He also stated that he knew of no other conspirators in the attack that left 168 dead, including 19 children.

"I am unaware as to who was involved in the planning besides McVeigh,'' he stated.

However, Nichols refused to disclose where he hid stolen blasting caps left over from the making of the bomb.

Nichols, 49, never testified at his 1997 federal trial or this year's state trial. His attorneys claimed he had no part in the attack on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. They suggested McVeigh had help from others and set up Nichols to take the blame.

Nichols was convicted at his federal trial of the bombing conspiracy and manslaughter of eight federal agents.

He was convicted at his state trial of arson, conspiracy to commit arson and 161 counts of first-degree murder.

The state case focused on the 160 other casualties, as well as the loss of a fetus.

Nichols was sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of release in both cases. He avoided the death penalty because jurors could not agree on that punishment.

Nichols made the admission last year as part of an effort to persuade state prosecutors to drop their request for a death sentence. The negotiations fell through because prosecutors thought he was not forthcoming enough.

Oklahoma County District Attorney Wes Lane said Saturday: "Although I had nothing to do with the release of this document, I cannot say that I am disappointed that the public finally gets a glimpse of my frustration with Terry Nichols, and his refusal to tell us where certain bomb-making materials are still hidden, even to this day... I think one thing we conservatives can agree on is that convicted mass murderers, sentenced to death, should be kept alive for an extended period of time. Gosh, why did we execute Ted Bundy so quickly?

So where did the info about bomb number two and three go? The news on that day reported explosives experts had diffused and removed #2 and were moving into position to work on #3. So where are they and who planted them - Nichols???

"The Clintons-Gores-Renos-Gorelicks of the world need to explain!!!!"

As Jack Cashill explains in MEGA-FIX, the Clintons can't exlain. If they told the truth, they would implicate themselves in what started out as a political move to get re-elected in 1996 (they didn't want American's to realize foreign terrorism was killing people in the USA (OKC, TWA800). So Clinton killed the truth).

Flash ahead to 9-11, terrorism was NOT being effectively addressed and thousands died because of BIll Clinton and his pack of liars.

Most of the 9-11 commission headlines make perfect sense after you accept that revelation.

Ruby Ridge and Waco had been put to rest. A few Americans endured years of personal attacks, ridicule, and even physical threats and just kept on truckin' until some (most?) truth was released to the public.

Those were the good old days of simple government deadly shenanigans.

Now just maybe there's been purposeful criminal doings, sedition, and treason. What if rather than blame Rush Limbaugh the Clinton Administration had actually investigated "the rest of the story?" At least investigated to the max the 1993 WTC attack instead of treating it as a simple but horrific criminal matter. How far will the establishment of both Parties go to save the ruling class' butt?

We would have been led to knowledge of this new kind of war and 9/11 would have been left to Hollywood to invent to show us the kind of enemy we faced.

What's going to convince me otherwise? A lot more than silly "tin foil" hat comments. If that's all you got forget it.

BTW, I just heard David Gold say that Jayna Davis will be on his show this afternoon (1300 to 1600, Sunday 28 Nov on AM560 KSFO, San Francisco). Mr. Gold is a Freeper and mentions the site often. I don't know the exact time Ms Davis will be interviewed.

Yeah, think about it. If he admits to collaborating with a John Doe #2 who is a foreign national, he can yet be charged with death penalty offenses. Why would he EVER talk about it?

Call me a cynic, but the only possible reason he would not reveal "where certain bomb-making materials are still hidden, even to this day" is that there aren't any.

GOT IT IN ONE.

I recall to hear that Terry Nichols went to the Philippines and had contact with Abu Sayyaf and Ramzi Yousef. I believe the OKC Bombing was a broad conspiracy.

Just fry him! The advantage we will loose over the missing hardware will be oveshadowed by the fact that another terrorist of the United States is DEAD.

Why was there such a rush to execute McVey?

There was a rush, no doubt about it.

Gosh, why did we execute Ted Bundy so quickly?

I don't think we did, at least not as quickly as McVeigh. Bundy had no further information to give, AFAIK. It's quite possible that McVeigh did. Different circumstances entirely.

I'm with ya. This McVie was not the total dummy the MSM painted him, by a long shot. My guess he was 'brained' into believing what he took part in was of a bigger National Security plot. Look a guy with his know how does NOT go speeding down the highway at 90 in a bright car with no plates and have a side arm laying on the front seat in plain view. Come on did Disney dream this one up?

How about the sismic records of multiple explosions. How abut the ordinace that was found strapped to the buildings key columns?

A fertiziler truck did not take this building down.

As to his "exicution" and the local docs not certifying his death. My bet, he was promised a saline solution. Did he get one?

If he's still protecting the blasting caps, why would we assume he's not still protecting John Doe #2?

Maybe John Doe #2 has the blasting caps. Just a thought...

There are plenty of reasons to think that McVeigh and Nichols did not do this alone. I was hoping that they would postpone McVeigh's execution in the hope that someday he or Nichols would spill the beans on the others.
