right....this is about ukraine's election not the us election, i'm pretty sure we didnt have russian tanks in our streets to make sure the fraudulant vote gets passed.

I am calling your bluff - link article that shows Russian tanks in the streets of a Ukranian city.
Since I've been reading the British press surrounding our election, I'm reluctant to take sides on this one. If one follows the NYT and reads many columnists, one might think that GWB was destroying not only America but the rest of the world and that he had "stolen" the election. Often these days, one even sees the word "election" surrounded by quotes. I don't know enough about Ukrainian politics to know what is right. I noted that the city of Donetsk is supporting the current leader and is not protesting. It is a major city.

There is this very false equivalence going on here - aided and abetted by a Synchronicity with a nasty sense of humor. Is it completely impossible that exit polling - ridiculously skewed to represent 'Rat voters could be wrong here - but much more accurate in the Ukraine - where wholesale ballot stuffing was seen by all observers?
Facts matter.
In a year or two, you could buy your kid a computer too. Problem solved. ;)

They screwed up - the lobby group for them in America posted the information - which was reposted on FreeRepublic. It is how powerful advocacy groups put out rumors - which then can serve as news feed.
Yes I think one post said there were 1000 Russian special forces in two planes. I thought it was the Moscow circus come to town with a substitute for the volkswagon, but I was wondering if you could tell me more about it. How big do planes come anyway?
That's not so strange, still it looks like too bad sides in many ways, but it's probably the case that the election was a fraud.
The Russians - thanks to the Ukrainians - have the biggest planes in the world. The AN-225 is bigger than our C-5B Galaxy - and they also have the AN-226 (not sure of these number designations) - which has 6 engines - and is commensurately bigger. That's another consideration - the Ukrainians have an awesome aerospace capability - which would be nice for us to have on our side.
