There is no opt out, and my son did not do well on that section, proudly enough, he challenged quite a bit of it.

Also on the forced theory of evolution my son was allowed to present different theories, after I had conversations with his teacher.

The teacher (and a conservative legal group) are suing the school for not allowing him to DofI & other Founding & Founders' documents & writings in his classes.

Not just California -- they were doing this at a third grade level in one Virginia school district and the parents weren't even aware until it was well underway. Liddy did an entire show on it.

as a california resident i have one thing to say what a bunch of crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!a teacher is in trouble for teaching about the founding fathers of this country and the Declaration of Independence(excuse my spelling) but i am fuming. and yet we can teach Islam which is a religion but the history of this country is a sin. Is there something wrong with California or is it just me?!?!?!?reason 1,000,000 to leave this god forsaken state and the tally is growing daily.
