Judges should take over the Federal Department of Education, each state DOE and local school boards. Parents should never have any say in or any disclosure of the way their children are being educated because LAWYERS (on the bench and in congress) know best how to educate children.

Are local tax dollars to be spent on ammunition and explosives for schools or are Californian parents to supply kids their own IED's for show and tell?

The solution to the problem is to stop paying all the people in public education in California, until this is resolved in the right way, because the dollar says In God We Trust on It and therefore they can't accept it. Let them be consistent here.

We could also make the California teachers go on pilgrimages to Mecca with a brief stop in Fallujah on the way.

Meanwhile, there's a lawsuit brought against a teacher yesterday in Cupertino, CA seeking to prohibit him from distributing copies of the Declaration of Independence because of the references it contains to Almighty God.

There are no words to express my contempt for the leftist radicals that run this place.

Enough is enough. Let's get a California class action suit going, against this school system, and in this judge's court, to teach actual American History, and Creationism. If he rules against the suit, take it to the Federal Supreme Court if necessary. It would be a good idea to engage Jay Secolo as attorney.
