No for weapons in the school, you have to read about my little recent experience.

I did at the time. Strange times we live in.

Christian morals just gave everyone of these "liberal" pissant activists a kick in the gut this past Nov 2.

So this ruling, no matter how long it's been cooking, should be considered a shot across our bow warning/reminding us of what they(rats) are capable of doing, popular or not, legal or not, necessary or not.

When a deck is stacked with this many jokers, call for a new deck. sooo,

Impeach the judge, fire the school administrators. Revamp the entire education process and above all, lose the PC crap during history class!

Islam, in this case, is just their(rats) current cause. They have no idea what they are playing with. Freakin' dimwits.

Bev:

I don't know exactly how to reply to you, except to say that the nation does hear you. Your frustration is loud and clear.

At least you now know that the nation and the world can hear your cancern and your angst.

Thanks for the correction. Actually thats worse - the school banned the founding docs on their own, without any outside pressure.

This is beyond the pale...something has to be done very soon about activist judges who care more about a religion that tolerates terrorism and the destruction of the American way of life than the religion that formed the foundation of this great country!

In the three-week course, Excelsior teacher Brooke Carlin had students assume Islamic names, recite prayers in class, memorize and recite verses from the Quran, and had them simulate Ramadan fasting by going without something for a day. The final test required students to critique Muslim culture.

I can only imagine the fun I could have with this insane project if I were in that classroom. I'd purposely pick the most insane jihadi bassackwards anti-semitic anti-female passage of the Quran that I could find (and there's no shortage of them). Simulate ramadama-ding-dong? Fat chance. Think of purposely carrying around a bag of beef jerky and pork sausage to munch in class on all day.

Back in high school myself and a few very un-PC friends I hung out with used to do this sort of civil disobedience thing all the time with other pet leftist projects. One year the school had a big earth day celebration so we all had pins and t-shirts made up that featured a giant recycling sign with a red circle and a slash through it. Finding creative ways to subvert silly role playing "simulation" projects like this islamofascist one in California was one of our specialties. We always found a way to incorporate a protest message into our part in the project. By senior year the four of us had pretty much managed to piss off every single teacher in the English department (which is normally where these types of things are hatched).

If my child (if I had one) went to that school...well, after this he/she would no longer be going there...

If I had a kid in that school I'd probably tell 'em to stick it out and give him tips on how to subvert the project then tell him that the project is the one case in his schooling where he will not be punished for getting an F.

I used to do all sorts of subversive stuff in high school (mid 90's) whenever a teacher gave out some goofy left wing "social justice, world peace, and diversity" project to the class. Whenever they gave out projects to "research" some leftist social cause victim group we'd simply make a joke of it. My friends and I turned in lots of monty python-esque video projects with fake blood spraying out ala the Black Knight scene making mockeries of whatever the "victim" person or group we were supposed to be sympathizing with - sort of our own homemade versions of the celebrity slaughter in Team America.

Good point! I wonder how far this will go. I imagine all the way...as I assume the 9th Circut Court of Appeals will let the ruling stand...

I would hope that this teacher also has similar Christian and Jewish projects planned...(yeah right!!)

"While public schools prohibit Christian students from reading the Bible, praying, displaying the Ten Commandments, and even mentioning the word 'God,' students in California are being indoctrinated into the religion of Islam," he told WND on filing the lawsuit

...get ye out of her my people!

If you love Californication but want to leave Shadytown, most of Californication is conservative, as the map below shows.

I live in Florida and I love it but we have Miami, you have your sewerscum like San Fransissytown and Los Anuses.

90% of Florida is Red America, but so is Californication. You just have to avoid the major cities.

There is a lot of beautiful Red America with some of the best scenery in the world in the great West so you have a lot to choose from.

This is *definitely* a time when homeschooling is about the only option - that, or moving out of state. But think of all the damage being done to the kids being left behind - they're essentially being *indoctrinated* into Islam by the public school.

That's a good thing to do - but keep in mind that these are 7th graders. One hallmark of many kids that age is that they are highly conformist and easily led. They will do or swallow *anything* to avoid sticking out in a crowd. This kind of little groupthink project really works with them - by high school it's going to be far less effective because, as you say, the kids just mock it.
