Message to the world including Chile, we are the cowboys. Make no mistake. When you watch footage of US forces entering the European Continent on D-Day, you can rest assured that the message was "Hitler, we're coming to get you." When we declared war on oslima and islamic terrorists, the message is, "We're coming to get you." We, all of US are coming to get you. Chirac, krautville, North Korea, Iran--we're coming to get you, maybe not tomorrow or the next day, but make no mistake, we will be there.
