I have a "lovely" Auntie Vesi who most of us "adore". (NOT!)

Anyhoo, she's rooting for BYU. The rest of us will be rooting for Utah. Hehehe!

LOL!!

I am proud of the Buckeyes. They played great. Unfortunately, TSUN will still get to fly to the Rose Bowl. Grrrr!

Well, my Papa (great grandfather) told me his opinion about my male cousins when I was in American Samoa about 10 years ago. Here's his philosphy:

"As long as it keeps them out of jail, I support them playing football."

Hehe!

On my Samoan side, there are now 72 male first cousins. And only 5 female first cousins. Yikes, huh? And I had boys as well. All my female cousins have all boys except the little one who isn't married.

Hi, Kathy.

Great threads and music tonight!

Haven't heard the Ventures "Telstar" in ages! Bumping up my Favorites list with good tunes. Fine examples of "pickin'" with "Alabama Jubilee" from the RedNeck Camp Run-A-Muck. Now "Telstar".

Really need some ballsy, old fashioned Bluegrass. Maybe "Foggy Mountain Breakdown". or "Orange Blossom Special".

Have everything ready for the big "Bag Drag" and Processing Line to end our four day Exercise tomorrow.

Jack.

Utah is the home of the Mormons. Many Polynesians are Mormons. However, that isn't the case with MoJo's family. My great grandfather looked down upon that. I suppose it was his experience with how the Islanders were treated by the Mormons.

Most of my relatives are found all over the South Pacific, California, Arizona, Washington, Hawaii, Utah, and Nevada.

That's why MoJo insisted on moving to the East Coast. I don't like to live around a large community of Polynesians. The aggravation is beyond sanity.

The Sailor and I met in Guam. My dad sent me to Guam to visit relatives. I had never seen an island with so many shorty brown folks. That still cracks me up. LOL!

They were all friendly to me until I started dating The Sailor. They obviously don't understand cultural diversity. Not much changes.
