Zell Miller is giving his Farewell speech on CSPAN 2 right now.
They are giving him a tribute on the Senate Floor.
Republicans have been speaking in his honor for the whole tribute.

Basically, it is pooring in Arkansas right now and the Dems didn't think of putting up a tent. All of the foreing dignataries and former presidents and first lasy are sitting on soaking wets chairs with their umbrellas hitting each other every 2 seconds, lol, just too funny and unorganized.
