The liberal talk show host who INTRODUCED Sen Russ Feingold to his supporters on election night was quoted on his radio show this morning in Madison, Wi as saying that Condi Rice was an 'Aunt Jemima' bowing at the feet of 'Massa Rumsfeld' and Colin Powell was an 'Uncle Tom'. I listened to a conservative talk show host of WTMJ interview him live just now and he refused to take back the remarks and further called Condi Rice 'an incompetent boob' and said his black callers had given him 'permission' to use these racist remarks. This outrageous double standard in the media must ne confronted, in the last three weeks a conservative talk show host has faced an orgainized campaign to have him fired for using the term wetback, and even after he apologized, the Hispanic and liberal community has picketed Clear Channel and are planning a trip to their headquarters in San Antonio to press for Mark Bellings dismissal...........

I think the freeper world should take action against Sly Slyvester and the liberal MSM.....call WTDY at 608-321-1670 and voice your revulsion at his racist comments about Condi Rice and Colin Powell. Liberals can't be allowed to attack minorities with immpunity when they are conservatives, while when conservatives make inappropriate remarks about minorities they are crucified...

If a Republican called Carol Mausley-Braun Aunt Jemima, we'd have headlines for weeks and Hardball/60 Minutes/etc. specials on the racism within the Republican party.

Here is one white mom who doesn't give permission to use that kind of language in reference to anyone! Taking it to the level of what's permissible in the home.... would any of us want our kids growing up saying things like this? I think not!

Aunt Jemima leaves me with warm fuzzies of waking up Sunday mornings to the aroma of pancakes when I was little.
When did Aunt Jemima turn into a negative?
We lived in England, where my son learned to talk in British schools. PCSed back here and enrolled him in school here. At lunch, while talking, he used the word 'snigger'(used like snicker), got a call from the asst. pricipal who was outraged by this 'racist' word. She would not accept that it was anything but.
