Canadian Transport minister to investigate missing airport uniforms and badges
SNIP:LAGOS, Dec. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Two stolen radioactive materials that can be used to make "dirty bombs" have been returned to Nigeria byUS oil services company Halliburton, head of the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA), was quoted as saying Sunday.
The materials, which contained Caesium-137, were reported missing while in transit between the Nigerian oil cities of Warri and Port Harcourt by Halliburton's Nigerian subsidiary, HESNL, on Dec. 3, 2002.
Another 100,000 doses of flu vaccine are available to doctors, hospitals and private health providers in Chicago, thanks to a national vaccine-redistribution plan.
