Even IF this soldier's action was wrong, this is a one isolated incident story. Turning it into something more is the "treason."

Maybe Ted Koppel should grab a rifle and walk through that mosque. Let's see what kind of decision that trader makes! God Bless our Troops

MSM didn't say squat when they showed the footage Saddam had of the innocent litter of beagle puppies that he videotaped as they were given nerve agent and then died.
Hypocrits! Where was PETA after THAT???? NO WHERE.
Give it up TED...and all those like you.

Well, in fairness to Ted, remember how he really went after Kerry and his bogus Silver Star citation for chasing down that wounded young Viet Cong and finishing him off? Or... Wait-a-minute....

If the Marine was a Dem running for president, Koppel would be having al-Queda fighters telling what a hero he was.
Once upon a time I liked Koppel. He makes me sick, now.

Did the MSN traitors miss THIS STORY? How convinient.
We need everybody to call every talk show in their area and repeat this atrocity on the radios!

I watched my local news tonight and saw the heartbreaking story of a local Marine who was killed in Fallujah.
His father said he was killed by a man who was pretending to be dead.
"The first thing when he got Fallujah, he had us mail over as many boxes of soccer balls as we could and he blew them up and gave them out to as many kids as he could find. He wasn't there to kill people. He was there to do a job. If that meant killing people he would, but he was there to help the people of Iraq and we're very proud of him for that," Ailes father, Joel Ailes, said.

In Response To: LOCAL MARINE KILLED BY MAN PLAYING DEAD (Rayelan)
Regarding the story that is headlines in all the papers and the lead story on most network TV newscasts... the story about the Marine who shot the man who was pretending to be dead.
The following article presents the first balanced reporting of this incident that I have read so far:
International legal experts said the Marine may have acted in self-defense because of a danger that a wounded combatant might try to blow up a hidden weapon; a key issue was whether the injured man was a prisoner at the time.
The shooting happened Saturday, one day after the Marine, who has not been identified, was wounded in the face and after another man in his unit was killed by the booby-trapped body of an insurgent.

A couple days before...a wounded terrorist needing attention and another terrorist playing dead...shot and killed a corpsman and another Marine grunt.
The day before the Marine singled out by the American Commie media...was shot through the face by a terrorist pretending to be dead...
The media only hunts down our guys to slander...you will never see them with our enemy taking them to task...they know they would be killed..
Its so much safer for the American traitor media to use our guys for protection and then stab them in the back...
America's enemies are not held accountable for their war crimes...and the media flat out lies about Americans in order to sell them out to the public...to their families and neighbors...just like they did to Vietnam combat vets 35 yrs ago...
Only this time we are not going to let them get away with it...

Tomorrow he'll fly in Islamic terrorists to verify the reporter's story that this Marine should be executed before a firing squad.

so, abu graib wasn't an anomaly. all the MSM really does care about is when the crush of war hits the insurgents -- complete with either color photos or video, of course.

Anything to undermine the morale of our troops--definitely treason in a time of war.

"The fact of the matter is that war changes men's natures. The barbarities of war are seldom committed by abnormal men. The tragedy of war is that these horrors are committed by normal men in abnormal situations; situations in which the ebb and flow of everyday life have departed and have been replaced by a constant round of fear and anger, blood and death. Soldiers at war are not to be judged by civilian rules . . . Even though they commit acts which calmly viewed afterwards could only be seen as unchristian and brutal . . . [W]e can not hope to judge such matters unless we ourselves have been submitted to the same pressures, the same provocations, as these men, whose actions are on trial." --- Major J.F. Thomas (Jack Thompson), Breaker Morant
