People unclear on the concept. People who listen to country music expect singers to sing, a melody, with notes, and words that can be understood and tell a story. Prancing whores are pop, not country.

I'm all for seeing as many hot country-singing babes on TV as possible, but it's sad to see a network like Country Music Television continue to go down the path of its Viacom siblings VH1 and MTV, which now only pretend to be music channels.

It seems like every time I turn on either CMT, VH1 or MTV, they're running some stupid countdown show where a bunch of comedians or commentators are joking around about somebody's hairstyle or some performer's dress or some controversial song from the 1970s. Enough!

When those networks finally do get around to playing some music videos or showing some performances, it's usually the same 20 videos and the same 15 so-called artists over and over and over again. Because of Viacom's monopoly and low quality, many cable systems are virtually worthless to fans of high-quality music.

(But, just for the record, I voted for Sara Evans because she's HOT and she and her husband are on our side politically.)

I concur wholeheartedly. Faith Hill is simply the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. Nice pipes, too.

That said, there's a girl I am intrigued with who sings a ditty that all I can remember of which goes:
