I am being sued for something that happened at the December 2000 Freep of Joe Lieberman.
JimRob has allowed me to hold an internet fundraiser to help defray the costs of my lawyers fees.
I am broke and thousands of dollars in debt, and depending on how much I can collect here, I amnot sure if I can continue or work to sign a mutual release if offered.
Right now, we have ended the discovery phase, and are awaiting the deposition of the man who accused me of assaulting him that day.
That charge is a lie.
The following story below is my short account of what happened that day.

For those who would wish to, I hope this is my last major bump.
Today's and Tomorrow's mail will tell.
We seem to be halfway there now."

After you win and they probably will throw this lawsuit out can you counter sue this man?
Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed!! LOL!!!!
I noticed he has added a PayPal link at the beginning, but, it does not seem to work.
GOOD LUCK!
That link might just nneed to be reloaded, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't
And I have no clue why! :)

I just sent $20 via paypal. You're a great american, Jim. Don't let the liberals get you down. Keep fighting with your head up high!
I did review the papers with Tom though for whatever that was worth. Best of luck and may all capable of contributing do so. Race Bannon is one of our best. His antagonist would make anyone ashamed to share a country with the antagonist.
There is a provision of the Connecticut General Statutes and (I believe) of the Connecticut Practice Book that provides that, upon motion (and perhaps a revision of your answer to the complaint) you may ask the trial judge to make a determination that the action against you is frivolous. If the judge so rules, you need not prove liability against the Rev. Mr. "Noisy" and his counsel but merely need a hearing in damages as to how much each shall pay to you and to Tom. I cannot observe as to the adviseability but your attorney can.
I also think that you will get carpal tunnel writer's cramps from filling out all those bank deposit slips!
Perhaps we should take up another donation for your medical costs for your writing hand? LOL!
Watch for the paper cuts opening all those envelopes! LOL!
Seriously, I'm glad I could help you with $20. Never let anyone intimidate your freedom of speech.
You should be getting my check today or tomorrow; I mailed it on Tuesday.
