I agree with you about the logic would dictate a 'GUILTY' sentence, but, one has to factor in the California aspect of it. I think this trumps commen sense and logic. 'NOT GUILTY'

I think no matter who wins, a mistrial will be filed. Whatever verdict it is, is going to get overturned, easy. California's ridiculous jury laws get part of the blame here, imo.

if its not guilty, it will just be another slap in the face to the justice system. who else could have killed this woman and disposed of the body? who else but Scott was floating around in a boat in the waters where she washed up?

I'm fairly certain FOX has spent more hours on Peterson than on 9/11 at this point.

The last 2 segments of H&C have been unwatchable for long stretches of time because of this. That 'lawyers roundtable' they seemed to do every night for a long time were just horrible. I like H&C a lot but their producers lost their minds running that into the ground. I am glad that it's over. I hope they convict. My gut tells me they won't.
