Definately guilty. The two replaced jurors were the hold-outs. Guilty - murder 1.

What do you think...willing to make a guess? I posted somewhere around here "guilty".

That's bad. Replace two jurors and come back with a verdict that fast? Sounds like not guilty.

I agree with you about the logic would dictate a 'GUILTY' sentence, but, one has to factor in the California aspect of it. I think this trumps commen sense and logic. 'NOT GUILTY'

It is a shame unusual punishment is not allowed. Peterson deserves some unusual punishment.

I think no matter who wins, a mistrial will be filed. Whatever verdict it is, is going to get overturned, easy. California's ridiculous jury laws get part of the blame here, imo.

You and I (#15) seem to be the only ones so far who think so??

Yeah, Scott and I are going Sturgeon fishing Sunday.
If its guilty it will be overturned on appeal. More money to pay for another trial......

if its not guilty, it will just be another slap in the face to the justice system. who else could have killed this woman and disposed of the body? who else but Scott was floating around in a boat in the waters where she washed up?

I hear Scott Peterson is pretty good with knots. I don't think he's going to cooperate, though...

She'll fill up a couple of shows about the nationwide effects of having no Scott Peterson news, especially on her.
Greta is hoping he's found guilty, just so she can cover the appeal.
To: Mo1
I'm not worried about Greta not having something to talk about - isn't the Michael Jackson trial coming up?

I'm fairly certain FOX has spent more hours on Peterson than on 9/11 at this point. The last 2 segments of H&C have been unwatchable for long stretches of time because of this. That 'lawyers roundtable' they seemed to do every night for a long time were just horrible. I like H&C a lot but their producers lost their minds running that into the ground. I am glad that it's over. I hope they convict. My gut tells me they won't.
