Actually.. The more and more I think about it, the more and more I think that your theory is right.
I have thought this entire time that those two jurors were voting Guilty and the rest of them were overthrowing them.. But after thinking about the type of case that was made, I am leaning against that possibility.
The foreman who was tossed was a doctor/lawyer. I can picture this guy being a lone voice in the deliberation room, "There is no burden of proof! There is no burden of proof!" over and over and over again and the jury getting sick of his "braniacs".
I was thinking he would be found not guilty the entire time, but now I'm not sure.

His parents and brothers and sister and their families have mortgaged everything they have now or will have in the future.

There's only 2 possibilities at this point.
Guilty
Acquittal
Those who do nothing more than flip a coin have a good chance of guessing it right, don't they?

I was honest; they asked if anybody had every lost anybody to drugs and I said that my cousin died of a cocaine overdose; I told the truth.
And look at it this way: if you were on trial for drugs and say you didn't do it, would you want somebody with an ax to grind on YOUR jury?

Yes. That's certainly true. It's also California, so one can never know what will happen.

My husband last night was saying it would be okay if it was a mistrial because then Scott's family would have to dig that money up all over again for a new trial. Good luck.

YAWN!! Yeah, I agree.
But I did click on this thread, too...LOL
How many husbands/wives kill their wives/husbands in the US every year that doesn't take up this much TV time.
Can't wait for the Robert Blake trial...NOT!

They're going to find him innocent. Then he will hold an auction for who gets to marry him next, in order to pay Geragos.
It will become the new reality show on FOX.
