They just kicked off the 2 obstructionist to verdict in the past 2 days. These people have heard the story for 5 months. Sometimes the story was strained, but who in their right mind can conclude Mr. Peterson did not do away with his wife and baby. Californians? Yes, I forgot about that. But after Simpson and the elections the jurors will want the establish a modicum of intelligence and common sense in the name of California. If she had been my family, I would hope he walked. 300 H & H magnum 180 grains at 250 yards would make it right.

I just took myself off of one a month ago because the DA asked me if I was capable of putting aside my prejudice against drugs to render a verdict.

I said NO, and was gone in under 5 minutes.

And just to get it on the record, one of the reason I want him to be found guilty is to PROVE JUSTIN FALCONER to be a FRAUD!!!!

Plus it keeps Geragos out of future cases because he's such a looser.

You certainly seem sensitive.

Great, now the news networks can continue to make many Americans blind to more important news by focusing on Michael Jackson, car chases, and other celebrity justice.

I with you on this one. A verdict this fast is probably guilty of at least the 2nd degree charge. They came back awfully fast, only about 3-4 hours of actual deliberation.

I'm guessing not guilty. I think someone who does outside research is looking for ways to convict, not the reverse. With that roadblock gone they brought it to conclusion. I suspect he did it, but I doubt the case is beyond reasonable doubt. We'll see soon.

Ignoring all other evidence, if he didn't do it why did they catch him 20 miles from the border with $20,000 in cash having grown his hair out and a beard and having dyed both to make himself less recognizable?

Not exactly the state you'd expect to find a man in mourning.

FoxNews just announced Shep Smith and Studio B will be running two hours today, presumably bumping Cavuto, just so this story can get in-depth coverage.

The media is absurd.

Didn't the OJ jury come back with a verdict pretty quickly?

I think they will come back NOT Guilty.

BTW: How does a fertilizer salesman afford Mark Geragos?

Geragos made two huge mistakes in this case:

First of all, he thought he was going to get a lot of face time, which he loves, in this case; he never counted on such a far reaching gag order.

And that boat; that was a HUGE mistake on his part, IMO; he is ruined as a credible attorney now.....I mean, to me he WAS ruined before, but this did it.

...the defense explanation looms larger because it's impossible to disprove.

Well, maybe. But only because it's difficult to stop laughing after hearing it.

you can't do that, we need people like you on these juries, just act like an "open minded" Dem during jury interviews, and then string up these drugs dealers once you get in there!

next time you get called for jury service, wear a Kerry/Edwards shirt. you will be seated for that jury!

She soothingly talks and she soothingly writes -- and then you come out of the lull and realize she dropped a sledge hammer while you were mesmerized.
