I hope that "Laciette" comment wasn't directed my way (since you posted it to a person who was in turn respoinding to me). I was an infrequent visitor to to the threads but don't wish to be dubbed with that moniker.

Being interested in the case and seeing the obvious (he did it) does not make one a "Laciette", whatever that's supposed to mean.

Perhaps a definition is in order?

Yeah, that's true; I was speaking of actual evidence; my husband and I were just talking about this; if he strangled me, wrapped me in a tarp, and got rid of my body in a car or truck we both used, what WOULD the evidence be? Zippo.

The good news is that there's only a few choices: guilty, innocent, hung, mistrial.

75% of those choices are in your favor. :>)

How many people really care anymore about this circus?

I never paid any attention from the beginning. Just another soap opera like OJ and Kobi taking up airtime.

Not kinky; doable; I can work him in right after I horsewhip Lanny Davis and Chris Lehane on The Mall in Washington. I have "first dibs" on them already.

I wish they would quit asking the jury guy - Jason Falconer-one who got kicked off first about his opinion he's an idiot and eating up his 15 minutes with a spoon! Common sense says he did it but one has to remember this is a California jury so anything could happen.

Not hung; they have a verdict. It's up or down.

I understand what you meant. Scott is a devious and methodical person. He covered his tracks rather well. It IS frustrating that there was much more.

My big concern is the contradiction of a juror with pink hair and tatoos giving up a guilty verdict. Stranger things have happened, but I can't imagine what.

When I asked my 12 year old son what he thought the verdict would be he said, "If God has a sense of drama the verdict will be 'Not Guilty' otherwise the only option is 'Guilty.'" I am not sure what he was trying to say, maybe that God knows Scott is guilty? Anyway, I think his perspective is interesting.

My bet is Scott and OJ will form an organization, whose whole purpose will be to find the "real killers".

LOL Real Killer Finders Inc.

Dead Wives Club

The Association of Golfing Detectives

The Concrete Glove Authority

Knives and Boats R Us

Ebony and Ivory Gentlemens Club

any other suggetions?

The defense explantion is not outside the realm of possibility. The case did get a lot of publicity from the very beginning.

If he's acquitted, the Laciettes will cause an FR server meltdown. Count on it!

I bet if we went back and looked, you would have posted on those threads just about as much as they rest of us. :-)

Never take a sucker bet. Peterson will be out fishing for the "real killers" by Monday.

You think OJ will offer his assistance since he's so experienced in hunting for killers?

I think Not Guilty and the creep walks.

Fox just said that Strawberry shortcake has a brother who has been in & out of rehab. I think she was pro defense, I don't see her giving in this fast. Not a good sign!

A hung jury can only mean one thing:

All guys.

I am glad you are here. I knew that you worked during the day and wouldn't be able to start a thread, but the honor is all yours. You have down a fabulous job the past two years.
