I think he's guilty, but he will be acquitted. There was not enough evidence to prove his guilt "beyond a reasonable doubt" In the O.J. case there was more than enough evidence to prove guilt, but we all know what happened in that case. I think the two new jurors were leaning toward acquittal and probably tipped the boat - er, I mean scales -to not guilty.

That's a good point. How long did the OJ jury deliberate? Was it the same day? They "deliberated" (ahem) for about 3 or 4 hours and it was announced they reached a verdict that same day BUT the court waited until the next day to announce it. Geraldo thought it would be GUILTY due to the swift deliberations, but alas, it wasn't to be.

Have we seen any poll numbers on the verdict? :-)

I hope and pray it's guilty just so Justin can swallow his tongue over that turn of events. He sure has been able to suck up his '5 minutes' of fame, eh? I never could believe that Greta had him on so much.

Scott's family can go to hell.
Laci's family, if he is found not guilty, needs to consider other options.

How many people really care anymore about this circus? Only all of Laci's family and friends.

Justin Falconer is a POS; he's in this for the face time.
If you listened to him talk for about ten minutes, you would NEVER, EVER take a trial by jury.

and then talks how well "they" kept him up to date after Martha pointed out much was presented after his brief and disgraceful (my description, of course) tour of duty on the panel Did that idiot really say he's been in touch with jurors? Well if Geragos heard it as well, that just may be grounds for appeal. Perhaps that's what Justin is hoping for.

I hope you're right. Oh, even if he gets the death penalty, he'll die of old age before his appeals run out. But at least he'll rot in jail.

Hasn't she already filed a lawsuit against him?

Leaving supposition and feelings out of it, can someone, anyone tell me what evidence there is that he did it?

Thanks for the link. But somehow, I feel like a person who just subscribed to the National Enquirer.

the racial makeup of the OJ jury guaranteed the outcome once the race card was played.

And here I sit thinking that this is a discussion forum, and that folks give opinions. Silly me.
I didn't say you couldn't post your opinion.
Discussion includes folks being free to give argument to those opinions, and my point was pretty darn good.

Justin said that he would probably cause it to be a hung jury if he was still there. DUH! No *hit, Sherlock.

The lawyer/medical guy too anal retentive. Got to go with your feelings. Put the notes away and let a little common sense rush into the mix. The Sombitch is guilty as original sin (for you evolutionists).
