News Alert: Scott Peterson Verdict to be announced today at 4:00 Eastern Time.
I didn't think my comment required a '</sarcasm>' tag. Alas, I was wrong.
"reGreta fetish"
Heck, I would PAY 10 bucks to see that
There were recent jury replacements, how do you think they affected this sudden verdict?
While I think he did it (80% chance), the 20% part of me had doubt.
Was another plausible scenario presented by the defense? Something that looks more likely than his involvement, that would explain all his lies?
LOL
No...we've got Judge Napolitano so far and he's keeping himself in check pretty much.

I am not all that interested in the case but am wondering about procedures. I presume alternate jurors sit in the audience and are also sequestered. Were they present during the original deliberations? Just curious. I was excused from a jury one and didn't get to sit on the case.
Oh wait...the Michael Jackson trial ain't over yet. *wail*
If he's acquitted, the Laciettes will cause an FR server meltdown. Count on it!
This is a fast verdict.
I can't remember if that's good or bad.
It can cut both ways.
And I hope to see that smirk wiped off of Justin Falconer's face!

And here's another definition, shorter:
California law classifies murder in two degreesfirst and second. First-degree murder is premeditated and/or occurs during other crimes, such as arson, rape or robbery. Second degree murder is the crime of killing with the intention of killing, but without deliberation or premeditation.
The odds of there not being one person willing to hold out for guilty are very, very slim.
It was either going to be hung, or guilty.
It's guilty.
The ME couldn't determine if Connor had breathed, or even if he was removed from her body. With the CA nutcases in the jury, I don't think they'll consider him a victim.
I predict conviction...which will immediately be thrown into appeal based on juror antics.
Interesting. Given that they are essentially the same, I'm going to say the jury wussed out and went with 2nd Degree.
He probably did it.
