Greta says Jurors want remorse during the penalty phase and will probably see nothing forthcoming from Snot. If he doesn't accept responsibility, and past experience says he won't, than he will probably fry. Let's hope it's done quickly and if I had my way 12/24/2004 would be ideal.

Absolutely..He won't testify in the penalty phase...The family will go on and on about what a good boy he is..I don't know what they'll decide..He won't be executed for years and years in California anyway, if ever.

Spoiled youngest child -- gets everything he/she wants and doesn't learn they have to account for their actions in life... when I saw him in the Diane Sawyer interview I knew he'd done it. His tears were fake and his eyes were dead. I had the same feeling when Susan Smith was crying for help finding her missing boys.. fake tears and wouldn't look into the camera. You can tell a whole lot from body language.
How can Scott Peterson show remorse if he claims he's not the murderer? That's the problem defendants in murder trials face--the judge/jury considers their remorse, and as long as the defendant denies committing the crime, he can't be remorseful.
How very, very appropriate. I hope they give him a cell with a view.
