News Alert: Scott Peterson Verdict to be announced today at 4:00 Eastern Time.
Does Scott's new home have a view of Brooks Island?
I pray his death will save millions.
go to johntitor.com. i found out about him/it/? on coast to coast AM. Kinda interesting.
I used to watch her trials on early CourtTV. She was something else. As a relatively new attorney myself, I was enthralled. I'd never seen a woman in the courtroom like her.
My father, a litigator, thought it was ok for me to go to law school, but forget about trial work since women didn't make good trial attorneys. Obviously he hadn't been up against people like Nancy and some of these women I see nowadays on TV.
she was so booed, has she changed her mind?
As I left for the hairdresser, I told Mr. Peach he'd be found guilty. No way that jury started over and found him innocent in just a few hours.
The hairdresser and his partner thought he'd be found guilty too and had the television on when I arrived (thank goodness)!
He's a monster for murdering that beautiful young woman pregnant with his own child. It's inconceivable someone could do such a thing but I've discovered that conservatives understand full well there is evil while liberals refuse to believe in evil.

MARK GERAGOS has always focused on a Lawyer's capacity to mold public opinion thru Media Manipulation, starting with his days at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
MARK GERAGOS also needs to face charges for Witness Intimidation in the MICHAEL JACKSON Case.
It was GERAGOS, and HILLARY's Private Investigator (and now sitting in Jail) ANTHONY PELLICANO, that went after the family of JACKSON's sexual acuser while trying to get them out of the country before they could testify against JACKSON.
INDICT MARK GERAGOS.

Please don't post that picture. It's like the male version of that old hag reporter that people always post. He is one of the ugliest guys on the planet. Inside and outside.
Capital murder
Capital murder is murder which is punishable by death. In 38 of the United States, and the federal government itself, there are laws allowing capital punishment for this crime. Depending on the state, a murder may qualify as "capital murder" if (a) the person murdered was of a special class, such as a police officer; (b) "special circumstances" occurred in the crime, such as multiple murder, the use of poison, or "lying in wait" in order to murder the victim. Capital murder is quite rare in the United States compared to other murder convictions, but it has generated tremendous public debate. See generally capital punishment and capital punishment in the United States.
No. She must have changed her mind.
geragos is the Bob Schrum of defense attorneys. What a slimeball - can't even be in the courtroom for the verdict. What a ........ a......a...... LAWYER!
The penalty phase will decide whether he gets life or death.
You know, after our neighbor's kindergartener was murdered, the parents just hung on & survived for the first year or two--their children helped them keep going, because they had to get up & feed them, clothe them & get them off to school. But they were just numb for a very long time. The fog started to slowly lift, a bit at a time. He went to work on autopilot for quite some time, though.
I wish someone would've set it on fire!
Lawyers seem to forget that the law is also about common sense and not just technical points.
God bless that little person.
I am so glad that that POS Scott is going to get what he deserves.
anyone know how scott is paying for his lawyers?
it must be a good chunk of $$$ for his lawyers?
i don't see how he can pay for it or are his parents footing the bill or since it's such a high profile case mark geragos took it for free????
anyone know???
Thanks...the name just didn't register.
