The Judge ordered the jury to start deliberations over again, when the each juror was replaced, since deliberations went on for days without a verdict, and now since the last juror being tossed, and almost immediate verdicts speaks loudly that the tossed jurors were
hold outs" for acquittal, IN OTHER WORDS TOSS OUT THE PRO AQUITTAL JURORS AND LET'S MOVE ON {APPELET COURT WILL TOSS THIS SHAM!}

Thank you, jurors!!!
It takes guts to convict in the 1st degree on a death penalty case with no murder weapon or location, circumstantial evidence, only a partial body, etc. And only "malignant narcissism" as the motive. But it sets a great precedent for future sons-of-b#atches who think they can get clever.
And the precedent tiny Conner Peterson is setting -- well, all I can say is that he did NOT die in vain. Little Conner, who knows how many lives you will be saving, my Angel, by this wonderful legal and official personhood status you have been granted. Bring on the slippery slope!
Did anyone notice that the official transcript has him as a person WITH A REAL NAME, even though the little darling never took a breath?? This is a HUGE step forward for the rights of the smallest, most helpless humans.
Of course, the CNN reporter (female) had to quickly call him The Fetus as soon as she could. But the transcripts will always speak for themselves.

I don't know how they can live with themselves - however they did raised a cold blooded psycho son. They can think about it in their new trailer. Their put up their house as payment to Geragos for their killer son.

Shep on FNC: Scott looked at each juror when they were being quizzed if this was their unanimous verdict... none looked at him, all very solemn and serious.
Greta will be on soon giving us all a first-hand account.

That boat crap that Geragos pulled was beyond disgusting. And the people in the area filled it with tributes to Laci and Connor.
I don't understand the 2nd degree for Connor's death. How does he survive when his mother carrying him is killed and dumped?

There is great coverage on KFI radio in Los Angeles. At 2pm Pacific, John and Ken will be on. They have been all over this case for a long, long time. Their show should be interesting.

Nancy Grace is crying and I can appreciate why. Can't wait to hear an explanation from Pixley, Weintraub and Cardoza as to how wrong the jury was.

Will Greta be out of job now ? Let's hope so.

Nancy Grace crying doesn't really surprise me.
She's a soft-hearted Macon (Bibb Cy GA) gal at heart.
I knew her before she got famous.

Scott Peterson looked at each juror when they were polled. The jurors looked grim.
They probably were wishing they could strangle him themselves.
Per Fox News, they don't think Scott's mother and father were in the court room when the verdict was read.

Geragos is the most overrated lawyer around. Name one high profile case that he has handled well - ok, he kept Susan McDougal from implicating Clinton in Whitewater, but his client Ms. McDougal spent time in the pokey for her refusal to talk.
He is simply all puff and no substance. So he can cross-examine a witness, big deal. I am sick of these pundits acting like he's all that - he ain't.
