Great article. The first few paragraphs in regards to what's on TV is one of the reasons we don't let our kids watch TV. Way too much trash, way too much sex. A few weeks ago I flipped past MTV and couldn't believe the trash that entertains our youth.

Some parents ask me why their children act the way they do. And when I start asking questions about what their kids watch they sometimes give me this blank stare. For them the TV is a great baby sitter, and that's sad.

This chasm between Judeo-Christian sexual morality and, basically, the rest of the world becomes stunningly clear in Dennis Prager's award-winning essay, "Why Judaism rejected homosexuality": When Judaism demanded that all sexual activity be channeled into marriage, it changed the world.

It is not overstated to say that the Torah's prohibition of non-marital sex made the creation of Western civilization possible. Societies that did not place boundaries around sexuality were stymied in their development. The subsequent dominance of the Western world can largely be attributed to the sexual revolution initiated by Judaism, and later carried forward by Christianity.

The revolution consisted of forcing the sexual genie into the marital bottle. It ensured that sex no longer dominated society, heightened male-female love and sexuality (and thereby almost alone created the possibility of love and eroticism within marriage), and began the arduous task of elevating the status of women.

By contrast, throughout the ancient world, and up to the recent past in many parts of the world, sexuality infused virtually all of society.

This is the case against homosexuality and gay marriage. It upends and halts the progress of society. A sexually dominated society will fall into chaos and ruin.

Gay marriage is not marriage because it cannot produce the end result and purpose of marriage, a family. Just like everything else evil produces, it is always imperfect compared to God's creations.

Gay marriage is not marriage because marriage is between a man and woman. God has created men and women who could not produce kiddies, and their marriages are as legitmate as mine, far as I'm concerned. As long as it's one man and one woman.
