Blue States Buzz Over Secession

Secession, which didn't work very well when it was tried once before, is suddenly red hot in the blue states. In certain precincts, anyway. One popular map circulating on the Internet shows the 19 blue states won by Sen. John Kerry -- Washington, Oregon, California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Maryland and the Northeastern states -- conjoined with Canada to form the "United States of Canada." The 31 red states carried by Mr. Bush are depicted as a separate nation dubbed "Jesusland."

Let them go, the country they form will be dead broke in a decade and they will attract all of our criminal scum because the pickings will be easy there.

Plus all of the welfare babies will go there for their free handouts and free medical care. Once they all get there, then erect fences and armed guards to KEEP them there.

When the country falls and they all starve to death from being idiots, we can go back in and reoccupy them as territories.

A civil cold war already exists in this nation due to the constant treason and hatred of America from the Left. A civil war between the Left and Main Stream America should not be taken lightly by anyone, Leftist or conservative. The Traitors would have to accept the responsibility of their actions. There would be no stopping the resulting punishment and justice after the fact and once reality hits them. No "time out". No "we really didn't mean it".

Those defending America would have the responsibility to carry out the punishment and required purges. And yes, for a time, we would have to be "no better than ________" fill in the blank with whatever you like.

Attempted succession (seizing of sovereign American territory) by the Left in this nation would be an act of war of course. Those who are currently trying to plan it, making maps and inciting others in time of war are likely already guilty of treason. But yet we are doing nothing about it.

How would these exact same people have been dealt with in WWII? How would these people have been dealt with during the last civil war?

It would have been harsh prison camps in the 1860s if they were lucky - or execution. As someone already pointed out - this kind of talk from the Left is a natural progression of their treason and hatred for America.

"ALL enemies, foreign and domestic" are literal words. There is no Grey area.

We fought our 1860's civil war ruthlessly compared to today's standards of hand wringing, angst, and carping at every bit of "excessive collateral damage". I wonder if we have the intestinal fortitude to be equally or more ruthless today because that is what would be required to purge America's traitors and enemies.

No mercy - only "fire, sword or hangman's noose" for traitors. Translate that statement however you like...

As the first Leftist stronghold started to be obliterated (after loyalists were first evacuated) would we shrink back from the carnage or press on until the traitors are throughly purged and eliminated?... Would we ruthlessly round up Leftists and deal justice to them?

The first thing that would have to be shut down would be the media. Today's media has no business anywhere near our troops. The goal of the media is to undermine them any way they can. Most of the media would have to be rounded up and dealt with if it ever came to a civil war with the Leftists.

The Left does not have the balls to try it because they know they are a bunch of limp wristed useless "pacifists". It's all drug induced fantasy by a bunch of Leftists with a really low collective IQ.

They would rather try to control America over decades of slowly taking over the education system, MSM, Government and courts which is why they are so pissed these days because we have put a boot in their ass over that little plan.
