Hi Charlite,

Would it make sense to send this to the ACLJ which is a legal organization who could take it on?

Treason is a tough sell as the United States was not officially at war. The term "war" has legal meanings and in the context of the Treason clause, giving aid and comfort, the legal existence of "war" is most likely necessary to any successful prosecution.

I VOW to the 58,000 + names on
The Viet Nam Wall who never came home

"I will do everything I LEGALLY can
to expose Hanoi Kerry once and for all."

MSM still refuses to tell the real story about Hanoi Kerry!

ABC, AP, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, NY Times
is part of THE cover up of the election.

Do you wonder why the Left whines about the election results?

They still think Hanoi Kerry is a "war hero"

They don't know what a traitor he is!

And I don't know about you but
I'm sick and tired of the Right media saying
"what an honorable man Senator Kerry is"

Why isn't the Right all over Hanoi Kerry
to be impeached from the US Senate?

"In a bombshell development that could have turned President Bush's victory into a landslide
had it come out before the election, John Kerry wrote in his Vietnam war diary that
he met with "terrorists" in Paris - a revelation that "flabbergasted" his running mate John Edwards."

http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/11/7/101350.shtml

And still the MSM,
ABC, AP, CBS, CNN, FOX, MSNBC, NBC, NY Times
hide the truth from America.

And still 99 US Senators refuse to impeach this traitor.

John Kerry is already thinking of running in 08' according to a news report I heard on the radio this morning. We need to put a stake in the heart of his political career now, before it comes to life again....

"Having received a less than honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy and having his records changed by both the Carter and Clinton administrations; . . . "

I'm glad someone was listening. Now where is the confirmation?

Another avenue of approach would be to get a statement from the admissions committee at Harvard Law School. They are already on record (1973) as having KNOWLEDGE that Kerry had a less than honorable discharge, and refused to admit him to law school on the grounds that he wouldn't be admitted to the bar after he graduated because of the nature of his discharge.

If they knew the nature of his discharge, they may also know the details.

Here's an excerpt from this link:

"It is hard to see why Mr. Kerry had to file an "extremely late" application since he lost the congressional race in Lowell, Mass., the first week of November 1972 and was basically doing nothing until he entered law school the following September of 1973. A member of the Harvard Law School admissions committee recalled that the real reason Mr. Kerry was not admitted was because the committee was concerned that because Mr. Kerry had received a less than honorable discharge they were not sure he could be admitted to any state bar. (Emphasis mine).

Here's a FR thread where his discharge status was discussed extensively. Many good questions and guesses, as well as the double-upgrade guess when guessing first started back in September:

Not sure of the law, but it seems likely that such an action would be barred by a statute of limitations.

Any lawyers out there with federal court experience?

Is this just still an undocumented assertion or is the confirmation in hand? Thanks.

This is just silliness; Kerry did nothing legally definable as 'treason' and these charges have been made and discounted for months, if not years. The only effect continuing to pursue them has is that it makes conservatives look like fools who don't (or won't) understand the law.

I've learned to accept what's fair and right is exactly what's most unlikely to occur when it comes to celebs and politicians. Seems the rules change for these folks more often than not. ie Ted Kennedy...then OJ. Now Peterson who may or may not be guilty (no direct evidence) a juror who realizes this is dismissed to be replaced with someone who will do the deed for the prosecution. It's as though the rules apply only when those whose responsibility it is to enforce those rules determine the feasibility of enforcing or not to enforce. ie Waco. Innocent men women and children were murdered there by govt agents against all our laws, and no one was pushed...rather they were promoted with citations.

Now do we need to get to Bill Clinton and the rules of law?
Surely you guys can get the picture? The rules of law are surely made for us all, but are regretfully only enforced and/or applied if and when some "authority" decides.

Based on the historical data I have consumed over the years, no way will John Kerry be tried for anything no matter how much we all scream for justice.

So scream all you want, but learn to realize that the rules are for a few like ourselves. But not for the likes of Kerry, Ted Kennedy, or Clinton. And if anyone should attempt to enforce them, woe be to them. It ain't gonna happen. I get it. Others don't...and that's the way it is.
