Caller or host -- if Bush was behind this, it is an impeachable offense.

The Republic has ended; the empire has begun

Pat Buchanan needs to have his phone priviliges revoked.

They are having meetings and calling for boycotts.

Maybe it's time all them dumb, Bush-votin' redneck truck drivers leave the northeast U.S. off their itinerary the next month or so...especially the ones transporting food.

You know, I'm getting tired of being called stupid by these people. I am from the Midwest and this makes me no more dumb than anyone else. I have a college education and plenty of common sense as well as civics knowledge. They are so insulting to the average American, thinking they are superior to everyone else.

My husband and I have been thinking about launching our own political website and this is getting us motivated enough to do it.

What petty, pathetic, sore losers.

Not all of the nuts are in California. We live in Tennessee and if I didn't know better, I would think that I still live in Rowland Heights or Lake Arrowhead. We have Harold Ford Jr. and all of his lemmings. I find it hard to believe that 47% of the populace is so delusional.

If we were an empire, and approached Iraq as the Romans would have, we would no longer be having a national discussion on the topic, except insofar as how we went about decontaminating the oil.

These fools have no idea what an empire is all about.

Where they have most income and access to info --- NY and LA

What access to info do they have that I do not, with my DirecTV, TiVo, DSL broadband, radio, major US papers, etc? What, am I not informed until I have Air America?

And people in NY and LA have more income.....because it costs an obscene amount to live there. We live as well here in the hinterlands for much, much less.

This is the first leftist org than I have seen in years, that actually expresses the knowledge that this is a republic. Wow. A miracle.

Ahhh, that sounds like the left-of-Stalin Pacifica Radio Network

While travelling in CA on business immediately prior to Gulf War II I head some callers on this station suggest that the world should boycott the US in protest, and the caller would support the boycott! And the talkshow host agreed

These guys are somewhere between hilarious and downright treasonous.

THats is fantastic, then I guess we can dispense with the Senate and Bush can appoint his justices and judges directly.

I am listening to KPFK -- public radio.

Are you sure KPFK is public radio? I think it is Pacifica radio.

Here's a funny piece of kookery somebody dumped on me this afternoon. Supposedly its original source is DU, but who knows, or cares. Its idiocy is hilarious.

----

To believe that Bush won the election, you must also believe:

1- That the exit polls were WRONG...

2- That Zogby's 5pm election day calls for Kerry winning OH, FL were WRONG. He was exactly RIGHT in his 2000 final poll.

3- That Harris last minute polling for Kerry was WRONG. He was exactly RIGHT in his 2000 final poll.

4- The Incumbent Rule I (that undecideds break for the challenger)was WRONG.

5- The 50% Rule was WRONG (that an incumbent doesn't do better than his final polling)

6- The Approval Rating Rule was WRONG (that an incumbent with less than 50% approval will most likely lose the election)

7- That Greg Palast was WRONG when he said that even before the election, 1 million votes were stolen from Kerry. He was the ONLY reporter to break the fact that 90,000 Florida blacks were disnfranchised in 2000.

8- That it was just a COINCIDENCE that the exit polls were CORRECT where there WAS a PAPER TRAIL and INCORRECT (+5% for Bush) where there was NO PAPER TRAIL.

9- That the surge in new young voters had NO positive effect for Kerry.

10- That Bush BEAT 99-1 mathematical odds in winning the election.

11- That Kerry did WORSE than Gore agains an opponent who LOST the support of SCORES of Republican newspapers who were for Bush in 2000.

12- That Bush did better than an 18 national poll average which showed him tied with Kerry at 47. In other words, Bush got 80% of the undecided vote to end up with a 51-48 majority - when ALL professional pollsters agree that the undecided vote ALWAYS goes to the challenger.

13- That Voting machines made by Republicans with no paper trail and with no software publication, which have been proven by thousands of computer scientists to be vulnerable in scores of ways, were NOT tampered with in this election.
