Oh, man, this is fun. The left has not given up on the election. For the first time in years, I am listening to KPFK -- public radio. It is leftist trash political radio.
The host: "The Republic has ended; the empire has begun." He might have even said it ended in 2000.
They had a guest on from THIS ORGANIZATION. It's not over for them.
The host, whose name I do not know, is just amazing. Bush had to fix this election.
The callers are nuts. Either the host or caller commented that the Midwest in uninformed. Where they have most income and access to info --- NY and LA --- they went overwhelmingly for Kerry.
They are having meetings and calling for boycotts.
L.A. TIMES blatantly lying...polls are rigged.....the numbers are fixed....not that many people hate gays.
They are giving the numbers of newsdesks and saying they must call in. What if someone calls in and gives a fake number on the air? That might be fun.
THats is fantastic, then I guess we can dispense with the Senate and Bush can appoint his justices and judges directly.
Yea!! It is hilarious isn't it? I've taken to listening to Err America, because it is so damn entertaining to hear these weasels moan and complain....
Are you sure KPFK is public radio? I think it is Pacifica radio.
LOL!!!! That was awesome! Do you have another one for "RED"? (Well, I know that there's not a song called red, but I would love to see the contrast!)
Am I making a mistake? It is part of Pacifica, but don't they get some federal funding?
It's hard to live in Memphis, huh?
I'm just outside of Clarksville(TN) 'round three hundred miles away and it's not far away enough for comfort from Memphis Ford family yet I can't go further east cuz I start running into the nest of Nasville crooks.
Oh! don't get me started on Harold Ford Jr. We live a little north of Memphis and if it wasn't for the grandchildren we would move a lot further east. It is a different world past Jackson.
Mean It
Here's a funny piece of kookery somebody dumped on me this afternoon. Supposedly its original source is DU, but who knows, or cares. Its idiocy is hilarious.

To believe that Bush won the election, you must also believe:
1- That the exit polls were WRONG...
2- That Zogby's 5pm election day calls for Kerry winning OH, FL were WRONG. He was exactly RIGHT in his 2000 final poll.
3- That Harris last minute polling for Kerry was WRONG. He was exactly RIGHT in his 2000 final poll.
4- The Incumbent Rule I (that undecideds break for the challenger)was WRONG.
5- The 50% Rule was WRONG (that an incumbent doesn't do better than his final polling)
6- The Approval Rating Rule was WRONG (that an incumbent with less than 50% approval will most likely lose the election)
7- That Greg Palast was WRONG when he said that even before the election, 1 million votes were stolen from Kerry. He was the ONLY reporter to break the fact that 90,000 Florida blacks were disnfranchised in 2000.
8- That it was just a COINCIDENCE that the exit polls were CORRECT where there WAS a PAPER TRAIL and INCORRECT (+5% for Bush) where there was NO PAPER TRAIL.
9- That the surge in new young voters had NO positive effect for Kerry.
10- That Bush BEAT 99-1 mathematical odds in winning the election.
11- That Kerry did WORSE than Gore agains an opponent who LOST the support of SCORES of Republican newspapers who were for Bush in 2000.
12- That Bush did better than an 18 national poll average which showed him tied with Kerry at 47. In other words, Bush got 80% of the undecided vote to end up with a 51-48 majority - when ALL professional pollsters agree that the undecided vote ALWAYS goes to the challenger.
13- That Voting machines made by Republicans with no paper trail and with no software publication, which have been proven by thousands of computer scientists to be vulnerable in scores of ways, were NOT tampered with in this election.
LOL! Better our empire than theirs.
Now your in heaven. (Earthly, that is)
Thanks! I miss the mountains.
So true, the family ties....We have been here on the farm for over 130 years and counting...
The last remnants of the Old Republic have been swept away.
