I am veeeeeeeery suspicious this is a hoax. It looks like a form letter ("Dear Friend") and there is no way even the most liberal Republican Senator would compose such a letter. It would have gotten out years ago.
Be very wary of this. I smell hoax.

The early returns from PA showed Specter getting drubbed by his Rat opponent. Why couldn't the Rats have won the one race where it would have helped us?
