I wanted to thank Mr. Hannity on a FANTASTIC performance throughout the election.
He's the reason I started listening to talk radio several years back, and was an enormous source of inspiration during a really difficult afternoon on Tuesday.
Discounting the exit polls, Sean's passionate pleas to get out and vote, having this garbage poll data in front of him and not dwelling on it, made the difference, IMO... He was fantastic... He could have accepted a Skerry victory, and that would have made his show more valuable to him (an easy target to knock each day), but he chose to take one last stand, and it worked... Anyone listening to Sean that day witnessed one of the turning events on radio - someone who, in the face of mass adversity, came out with his battle cry, and succeeded...
When Rush started to waver - on Monday and Tuesday, he seemed really down and docile, Sean's optimism really came out...
NO one has worked harder for conservative causes. NO one has more influence (#2 radio show, coupled with FOX News, surpasses even Rush). NO one has worked harder at educating people on the issues, converting soccer moms, and now, security moms. NO one has been more of a President Bush supporter than Mr. Hannity.
He has the guts to bombard the Clintons, call out liberals on their lies, FULLY support the SwiftVets - not only on radio - where others like Rush, Laura, and Savage also stood behind them, but on his TV program. When everyone else was afraid to touch the race-baiting ads, Sean NEVER waivered- he played the commercials on his FOX TV program...
Those who belittle him (he wrote a book? he's an intellectual light-weight... etc) - save it, and shove it. This man has done a fantastic service to our country, and we should appreciate the fact that he's on OUR side.
Thank you very much Mr. Hannity.

A very special thanks to Hannity and Mark Levin for Tuesday night. When we left our office for dinner, my husband and I were really worried. Due to Sean and Mark we kept our sanity!

I have to thank Sean Hannity for converting my father-in-law into a Bush supporter. I have speculated that my in-laws had been abducted by aliens and replaced by some imposters because they were suddenly saying things like, "George W. Bush is the best thing that ever happened to this country." "Next to Ronald Reagan." Husband and I were so shocked to hear such from them that we didn't ask them why they had had such a change of heart from their years of being LIBERALS. The other night, husband found out that Sean Hannity's radio show was the cause. I just laughed and laughed. (I only listen to Sean if I'm driving somewhere when he is on. And I turn it often because I have already read all the latest news and political talk on FR.)

Yes I agree. Sean is great...I don't think I could handle sparring with Alan Colmes like he does...night after night!
Hannity deserves our gratitude! Sure, there are other radio hosts who do to. However, by comparison, none of them physically toured our country, and brought thousands of conservatives together to rally support for our President.

How the heck Sean could do all those radio/TV shows raise a family travel accross the country to rallies and keep his good humor despite being viciously attacked daily by the left amazed me

I was driving from 4 - 6:30, and hearing Drudge and the exit polls, I became a wreck. Sean's comments, and those of Levin, were invaluable... I hear Laura was a great inspiration later on as well.
three hours a day for Sean x's three hours a day for Rush plus one good book.....equals a very, very happy camper!!
My hat is off to Shawn Hannity also. I go back to the early days when he was just starting on WVNN 770 talk radio in Huntsville, Alabama. I didn't have to listen to him long till I knew he was special...a cut above. I shudder to think where we might be right now without his resolve, hard work, and influence. Well done Shawn!
My parents are HUGH Kerry supporters, and are flying in tomorrow for my daughter's first birthday on Saturday. Gloat-fest gave me an opportunity to laugh and sing and scream and, well, GLOAT MY HEART OUT, so it's off my chest and I can be civil to them.
So a big THANK YOU to Sean and Quinn and Rose and Glenn and Rush and FREE REPUBLIC, without whom I wouldn't have even known what was going on in the world (boycotting the news as I was).
That's Sean, not Shawn. LOL
