Bush was actually downm in the 20's when the exit polls leaked.
If I may say so, this is a bit like entering a bet on the Kentucky Derby as the horses are rounding the clubhouse turn and entering the home stretch.

Calm down .... it's over. Bush won. He doesnt need WI, but it's very close.
Bush is running about where he was in 2000, except in western WI, where he is doing better (as per Barone - ahead of LaCrosse county).
So Bush could win WI or lose it narrowly.
But it's not the key - Bush wins IA, NM, NV, and OH...
HE WINS ANOTHER 4 YEARS.
