Fox is reporting interesting numbers on their exit polling for military families. 47% Kerry amazes me... the Swifties poured a lot of money into FL.

These numbers are disappointing. Fox just said that 55% Hispanic for Bush is below the 60% the campaign wanted...

Forget the exit polling. It's totally meaningless. It shows NO correlation to the result. It's random sampling.

Um, no. Where did you hear that??? Bush got 35% of Hispanics in 2000. The campaign HOPED to get 40%. If they get 55%, they are turning cartwheels.

Military "families" means anybody remotely related to someone in the military.

That is crap. I will never believe those numbers. My parents live in the Panhandle which is heavily military and they say that nobody is voting for Kerry.

Yep, just heard that...not good at all for W.

BUT...it is exit poll data and is nonetheless suspect.

Fred Barnes is right: exit polls don't elect the president.

I don't believe it. That number has got to be like 70-30, Bush.

This does not include the many thousands of military households who maintain legal residence and voting registration in Florida but in fact are someplace else--like Germany, Korea, or Iraq. The military actually supports Bush by something like an 80% margin.

Bull. These exit polls don't mean sh*t.

Who knows if someone is part of a "military family"? This is such garbage.
