Um, no. Where did you hear that??? Bush got 35% of Hispanics in 2000. The campaign HOPED to get 40%. If they get 55%, they are turning cartwheels.

Are you sure you aren't thinking Cubans. I had heard Bush was hoping to get 33% Hispanics.

Do you believe the number for military families too? Ask any military family if that is even close to correct.
