Let him challenge it, I say. This is precisely what my fellow Ohioans fear -- that the democratic process, especialy when it comes to issues/laws that relate to moral values, is being hijacked by the Democrats and put in the hands of judges.
This will only galzanize voters against them in the future.

The Kerry campaign will not concede Ohio. Statement just released by Mary Beth Cahill.
Ohio Secretary of State says that the provisional ballots came not only from union and other democrat-type registrants, but also from evangelical churches who had a huge registration drive. He believes the provisional ballots will break in the same percentage as the regular votes.

Yeah, that really made me nervous.
To: Howlin
Fine. Let them fight on in Ohio. They aren't even close. They will look like complete jackasses.
To: Mo1
Bush needn't wait on Kerry.
Once Bush wins more states, the hell with Kerry.

Kerry is behind 134K in Ohio.
And poor Doonesbury this morning was about doing the honorable thing and conceding if you are behind. Noe Gary will have to detract that.

200,000 will be a good lead.
To: TN4Liberty
There are upwards to 250,000 provisional ballots. If this lead holds, Kerry would have to capture over 80% of the ballots.IMHO those won't all be valid votes.
