I just called 9,000 people (Vanity)

Hello- I am a frequent lurker- this is my 1st post. My wife has manned the phone bank at the local republican headquarters- I was asked to help as well. I am a mostly silent partner in a telemarketing business- so I thought big. I offered (for free) our services to do a phone blast of "unattended messages", that is the recorded calls that politicians love to make. I received a list of 9,000 republicans from the local party chairmen. he enlisted our Lt. Governor to record a 30 second call- we ran it today- it took about 4 hours to make 9,000 GOTV calls pushing Pres. Bush and our local slate of candidates!!! I hope it makes a difference- thanks FReepers for the inspiration!
