INTERVENTION TO HEAD OFF ELECTION LOSS
DASCHLE LAWYERS GO TO FEDERAL COURT AT 8:00 PM TONIGHT TO STEAL VOTES, ELIMINATE REPUBLICAN POLL WATCHERS
SIOUX FALLS – Anticipating a loss to Republican challenger John Thune tomorrow ending his 26-year congressional career, Senator Tom Daschle will seek federal judicial intervention in the election process tonight, Monday, November 1 during an emergency hearing in federal court in Sioux Falls at 8:00 PM.
The hearing will be before Federal Judge Larry Piersol who was appointed by Daschle to federal court and served as Daschle’s personal legal counsel in 1978.
“This is nothing short of an attempt to steal an election Tom Daschle knows he is about to lose tomorrow,” said Thune for Senate campaign manager Dick Wadhams. “Daschle’s goon lawyers will seek to get Republican poll watchers removed from reservations and for voters to lose their right to vote.”
Lawyers representing Tom Daschle successfully called for the hearing tonight in front of Daschle-appointed Judge Piersol.
The Pennington County Auditor was informed earlier today that Daschle lawyers will seek to ban the counting of legitimate absentee ballot requests in Pennington County tomorrow, Election Day, morning.

How in-your-face can corruption get?
Even being as "law" ignorant as I can be (consciously), even I know there in an industrial grade conflict of interest here. Doesn't say much for the people of South Dakota, reelecting this doofus over and over.
It's a different circuit, but the ruling has persuasive value. There might be some weird differences between the circuits due to the fact that I believe these are appeals from tribal court rulings. I'd like to see a complete docket history to figure out what's really going on.
I don't care what people say, THIS is the most evil person in the Senate. Not as crafty as Hillary, but still more evil.

True. The president makes the appointment. But local pols like Tiny Tommie pick the appointees for the president to nominate. Daschle's role in getting the judge appointed, as well as the judge having been Daschle's lawyer at one point, mandate that the judge recuse ..... or face a federal ethics complaint.
Think it's because he's so damn short, that he gets away with it? ;)
Daschle is really ticking me off. He has left South Dakota and turned really liberal. Then he comes back here and acts all nicey-nice and talks about how he was an altar boy. Thune will win....I predict.

You can't make this stuff up! No conflict of interest? No recusal? Like Rendell, they waited until the last minute to avoid a challenge. Daschle has proven that he can't win without election fraud. I pray for the good folks of South Dakota to carry the standard and defeat this crook.
