Correction: The court that overturned the unlawful rulings of 2 federal judges in Ohio was the SIXTH Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, OH.

I'm sure Michael Moore is salivating. Of course, judging from his girth, that is not saying much.

Yeah, Sixth. Thanks. I was frantically typing. Fifth is up Minnesota way, IIRC. I'm in the Third, so beyond that and the 9th (nutjobs), the rest are a blur.
The Ohio Supreme Court's mandamus and this Federal ruling are the one-two punch. There's no way this SCOTUS, shorthanded, touches this thing, which btw sounds in direct contradiction to the plain language of the statute.
In short, we win.

You know, besides having gone through this in 2000, so they know what to do, I just know that Bush is not the giving up kind of person.
What has Kerry ever had to work hard for? He quit after 4 months in Vietnam when it got kinda scary and hard. He has married two wealthy women so he has never has to worry about money or actually work hard for it. As we have come to find out being a senator means never having to do any work. If a person has never had to work hard to achieve, or persevere to succeed, that person may crumble under pressure.

I will be flying out of Indiana tomorrow morning and will stop in Ohio and then will fly south to Florida. I will pray the entire time... that way I can cover lots of states! I can't think of two better places to concentrate my praying on than OH and FL. God bless GWB!!! Gotta Love the Guy!

This is great news. No cheating. Follow the rules. That's the conservative, Republican way.
The fricking Democrats will cheat and not feel guilty about it.

Just a quick note for those worried about the role of voter fraud in a lot of states....
I spent three hours of the day today gathering a single absentee vote from a beautiful old lady stuck in a nursing home. Here is the process I had to go through....Visit the lady and get her signature on an absentee ballot request which I also had to sign in her presence. Drive 30 minutes to the county clerk to submit the ballot request. There, they took my I.D., verified my signature and her signature matched their electronic record, verified we both lived where we said we lived, and then handed me a very well sealed envelope with the ballot inside. I then took that ballot back to her, she filled it out, we both signed the outside of the envelope, and I then drove another 30 minutes to a second county office to submit her vote. There, they revalideted my I.D. and her info. So where was all this tight security...In the Tony Saprano, scandal plagued, Lautenberg currupted state of New Jersey. If things are that tight here, they can't be THAT bad in other states. I'm growing less concerned about voter fraud.
By the way, all the trouble was worth it. One more vote for W.
