TAMPA, FL – Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf today issued the following statement:
"The Democratic National Committee is making fraudulent phone calls claiming that I have endorsed Senator Kerry. Nothing could be further from the truth, and I demand that they stop immediately.
"Senator Kerry opposed the Reagan defense build-up that won the Cold War. Senator Kerry opposed the removal of Saddam Hussein from Kuwait. Senator Kerry proposed billions in intelligence cuts after the first attack on the World Trade Center. Senator Kerry voted against funds to equip our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan with supplies like body armor and ammunition.
"I am supporting President Bush for reelection, because he is the candidate who has demonstrated the conviction needed to defeat terrorism. In contrast to the President's steadfast determination to defeat our enemies, Senator Kerry has a record of weakness that gives me no confidence in his ability to fight and win the War on Terror. His attempt to make up for these deficiencies by falsifying my endorsement only confirms my impression that he is not the man we need to lead our nation."
Hannity just indicated that the Dems are nervous about NJ and that's why they've initiated this fake call. The Clintons are supposedly all over NJ because they're that nervous.

Please stop calling them the MSM (Main Stream Media). They are only mainstream because you (and others) keep calling them that. I call them the Corrupt Liberal Media (CLM) or simply the Old Media.

Folks in Jersey aren't gonna take being lied to by the dems lightly. The backlash against the dems considering them stupid enough to buy this trick will be ugly.

That's nothing. The 'Rats in Pennsylvania are calling heavily Republican areas and lying to the old people and telling them that their voter registration is messed up and to not even to bother showing up because they won't be allowed to vote.
Unbelievable. You know the Bushies will hit back hard for this.
In our district they are also calling telling our voters (they have a list) that the voting location has been changed. Thankfully our voters seem to be smart enough to call Republican headquarters in town and have been told their voting location DID NOT change.
Dems are also calling old people in Lancaster County, PA and telling them not to go to the polls because their registrations have been lost and they won't be able to vote. ACT is bringing in volunteers to stand in line at polls in GOP precincts so people will leave.
I wonder if the DNC has already hired telemarketers to call and ask if voters had pressed the wrong key, and then provide the phone number for the Elections office like they did in 2000 in a push poll? I bet that they have, and will do it again!
