CONFESS, FReepers!!
CONFESS your deepest, darkest, most shameful secrets here!
If we spend all day poring over polls and looking for any scrap of election info, we'll go nutz.
We've gotta have some fun. :) And we can't spend ALL day on the thread about German penis size.
CONFESS, I say!

I once had a head on collision with man and his motorcycle. We were both distracted by the same 2 pretty girls who were standing on the curb in a residential area.

I have it written down somewhere, I think it's her family we're related to , but I don't even know what her maiden name was off hand. I know she and George never procreated, low sperm count?????

I was on my County Steering Committee for Gary Hart in 1984.
May God forgive my youth.

My whole family went to see John Denver in Ft. Worth in 1980. His mom lived there and so he tried to schedule a concert for her birthday. He had been home having dinner with his mom and performed as his own opening act, just him and his guitar because his band would need to rest instead of playing the entire night. He played from his heart. That's about the same time I saw him. He played for over two straight hours, longer than most musicians will give to a concert audience. He played with the band for the first third, then the band took a break and he played alone with his guitar for the next third, then his band came back on for the final third. He never took a break himself.
Around the same time I was lucky enough to attend one of the very few live shows that Joni Mitchell has ever done. She *hates* touring and prefers to do her work in the studio. But it was a fantastic concert, including a whole-audience singalong doing "Circle Game".
I also saw Harry Chapin in concert about six times before his premature death at 38, they were all great. And every time, he hung out in the lobby afterwards to talk with his fans until the last one went home.
I saw a couple of really great Queen concerts too.
Sigh -- and three of those four are gone now.

My nieces husband has a wrecker service and on slow days, he and his eployee would get in the wrecker and drive real slow through the public housing project. You never seen so many people trying to hide cars.

I also saw Harry Chapin in concert about six times before his premature death at 38...Saw him, too. It was in the Dallas Music Hall. What a loss.
But you top it all with Joni Mitchell. Wow.
Just please don't remind me of these politics of these people! I want to remember them fondly.

When she is playing rough it let it take the punishment instead of my hand. She has the teeth of a shark. My psychic abilities also tell me that your Dachshund a) is stubborn as hell, and b) likes to crawl under blankets and sleep there, and c) tries to wedge itself behind your back (or at least your side) when you sit in a chair.
How'd I do?

Very good. How did you know that?! (and what time will Bush win?) If you said she likes to sleep on necks too it would scare me. We have 2 cats, one isnt friendly so she has learned(the hard way) to keep out of the claws reach.
I bet no one else has a Jimi Hendrix Christmas CD:
