Election Office in Tallahasee Evacuated

Fox News Alert states that a building that houses the Division of Elections and the office of Linda Hood, FL sec of state Workers have found a box of archival material that was making a ticking sound. Robotic bomb detector has been moved to the building. More information will be available within the hour.

Oh, those wild and crazy union thugs, they're so funny.

If it's ticking, it ain't OBL terrorists at the root of it. They tend to use cell phone initiated bombs. It's probably juste a hoax, but the person who did it, if caught, is in nearly as much trouble as s/he would be if it were a bomb.

I cringed when I show the link you sent was the Tallahassee DEMOCRAT. Do they have to call it that?! Oh well, most of the media is not that open about the bias. ;~)

Clarification: When OBL terrorists use remote-control bombs, they tend to use cell phones to trigger them. Mostly, their bombing of choice is a car bomb.

Many of the FL ballots are electonic this year. No heavy boxes to haul around in order to switch votes around.

Believe it or not in Springfield, MA (of all places!) the Sunday paper is called The Republican.
