I know the Enquirer is a tabloid, but I read it somewhere else too.
I kinda feel sorry for the guy.

Could the "serious blood infection" be syphilis? I've heard that it causes major brain damage.

How could anybody possibly determine if Billy had brain damage?

You must be very young, have no conception of history or a troll.

I suppose anythings possible, but it's certain that whenever someone goes on cardiac bypass they can end up with changes in neurological stgatus. IF there has been any change in his mental status(rather than just rumor) I'd think the timing is more suspicious for being "pump-head"
To: Drango
Sometimes the Enquirer gets good tips and reports them, like Limbaugh and other stories, so although taken with a grain of salt it is well noted.

I'd heard rumors about this, so I've watched for it. I was a physical therapist for 20 years and have worked rehab and acute care.
If this IS true, it's extremely minor. Clinton has an ad out here in Hawaii where he's obviously reading from a script, so that ability is intact, as is his speech. He doesn't come off as charismatic as usual (hey, I can't stand the guy but he does have a detectable charm) but that could just be fatigue. I watched video of him and there's no sign of any paresis anywhere. The face often will betray a very mild stroke. Couldn't see it.
Things that wouldn't show up in the video would be more subtle - impulsivity (hard to detect since he's always impulsive) and memory. Perceptual ability is less likely since that usually shows up in gait as well.

Gee, it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Which do you suppose he would miss more, cognitive or sexual function?
