Brit Baer on Fox News just announced. Coming up in 1 hour.
Update: 3ID soldier to have briefing about collecting and destroying 200 tons of explosives on April 13.
This election is going to put me in a psych ward -- and I'm not kidding. Every fricking time I log on or turn on the TV my emotions go up and down. I know I should just get a life, but DANG! Tuesday can't come soon enough for me. :-)
The point being, between the Russians and us, the site was emptied.
I seem to remember stories reported on Fox immediately after the invasion that large quantities of powder were found and they were being tested. I don't remember if there were any follow up stories.
This will certainly blow a hole in the Democrats big bag of hot air.
Per FNC... News Conference in 20 minutes re: "Missing" Explosives from Qaqaa
That photo is PRICELESS! :)
That's disgustingly, pukingly sick (not you, the picture).
If true, juxtapose present day Kerry with Kerry testfifying to Senate committee in '71 or whenever. Quick to call soldiers rapists, and war criminals, quick to micro-manage a war and call the military inept. (even though he's targeting Bush)
This guy is a ABSOLUTE DISASTER as a military leader.
God forbid he'd be elected.
Bush does not run like a chicken with his head cut off..
Except that his intelligence came from the NY Times and CBS News.
Karl Rove is a genius!
How did he ever get the UN to release the documents accusing Bush of losing the exlosives in the first place?
That guy!
Pentagon news conference?
God Bless our brave soldiers and God Bless President Bush!
Tinfoil?
I think with this horserace so close. We need to pull out all the stops. Next TV ad for Sun/Mon = picture of the trader denouncing our soldiers in 1971, and again this week with the explosives issue.
If Kerry is true to form he will call him a "war criminal" in the manner of "Jenjis" Kahn... (again)
You must have great eyes to see those were russian trucks.
Condi Rice said no to russian participation.
Bush and Cheney both said they would try to find out what happened. This in fact may be what happened. It takes time to find the facts.
This is last week's news. The Sunday shows are going to be all-Bush/Cheney-Haliburton "criminal" investigation.
(Brought to you by Dems in the Bureau in coordination with the Soros/Kerry capaign.)
Kerry has chosen the Times and CBS.
Make it personal!
I like this idea! The Pres. kinda has alluded to this, but should take off the gloves now.
Actually, I think the timing is pretty good. Kerry and the MSM were given four days to commit themselves to this story, and make it look big and important. Now on Friday morning, four days before the election, it, er, blows up in their faces. An October surprise -- but one of their own doing. If they hadn't been so eager to try to spin this against Bush, it would have been a non-story.
